I have a scope that even when locked down, the ex of crosshairs ddrift arond the target when moving my head .normally I have been told they should never drift off point of aim, all over the place in sight picturewhen I move my head to check its parallax... is it maybe broken, it is a cheap scope, I have a much better one but want to know if other one is broken?..

When you adjust the parallax knob does it fix it at all, remember parallax is the apparent movement of the reticle across the target...... When head is shifted around

Yes, I have tried, and no, it doesn, t do a thing...mmm broken junk, right?

Well...bye b ye crappy scope...it lasted one year, 250.00 got what I paidfor...crap.

Does this scope have parallax adjustment? If so, then you should adjust it to remove the parallax at the range you are shooting. All scopes have parallax- that is the nature of having two objects, in different focal planes, simultaneously in view. For scopes without parallax adjustment, the parallax free zone is set in a useful range for the intended purpose of the scope. For many center fire rifle scopes intended for hunting, that distance is generally 150 yards. For rim fire scopes, that distance is often 50 yards. What you have observed does not- in itself- mean that the scope is junk. And, every junk scope has a range where it is parallax free...
