AICS 1.5 skins on a 1.0 Chassis?

Hey gents,

I'm new here so please go easy on me if this question has been asked many times before. I recently put my Rem700 5R in an AI 1.0 chassis system with the cheek riser upgrade, but the original FDE is more of a blah light tan color that I dont really care for.

Will AICS 1.5 skins fit on this chassis? If not can you guys direct me to a site that sells 1.0 skins or give me examples of camo patterns that might dress this one up a bit?

The only difference between the old 1.0 and 1.5 was the adjustable cheekpiece, which you have. You just need to contact one of our distributors and they will sort out a set of stock sides to suit your needs.

You can also check out Viperskins. They offer all the assorted colors and you have the option of going from thumbhole to pistol grip if you so choose.

One other thing, those stock sides were called Desert Sand and we sold them to some elite groups. Dark Earth came a number of years later.

That makes much more sense. It closely resembles an old Saiga 5.56 that I had cerakoted in Desert Sand. Thanks again for all your help Tom!
