I just got done watching 'Despicable Me 2'. If you saw the first one and liked it, then part 2 is more of the same, a great movie to relax and watch & forget about life.
The 3D version was done very well & I would recommend seeing it in 3D if you can as it seems that it was well planned to take advantage of the 3D format.
The rip they do on Boys 2 Men is almost worth going to see by itself.
Great fun for the kids, even more fun for the parents.

Went and saw it with my 7 and 10 year old brothers and my parents tagged along as well. We were all laughing our asses off. Great movie.

My Wife Daughter and 2 year old Granddaughter saw it the other day. Wife said it was pretty good. I asked how the 2 year old did and she said she got bored a couple of times but for the most part watched the whole thing.

Making a 3D animated film for 3D projection is pretty trivial compared to shooting a 2D film and making it work in 3D. You get a lot of stuff "for free" because the scene geometry is all there in three dimensions with proper z-depth from the camera. But shooting a normal film in 2D and converting it to 3D projection requires them to create camera depth when there is none to begin with. This is done with lots of tricks and techniques, but if it's not done well, it can be a real eye sore. That's why it's always a safe bet to see an animated film in 3D, unlike the other films out there.

The first one was awesome, glad to hear part two was good too. I guess I'll be making plans to take my girls to the theater this week, looking forward to it.

I liked it, but the funniest thing was listening to a 50-something year old guy behind me laughing his head off.

Disappointed, I was expecting a Shrek type movie. Very small amount of "hidden" adult humor. More or less another kids movie which seemed well received by those around us under the age of 10. As an adult it was a waste of time.

I saw it and liked it, but for the first time in my life I actually felt old. Because there were a few scenes where I was thinking... "This is supposed to be a kids movie! That is totally inappropriate!" But I still liked the movie. =)

We were taking care of my girlfriend's sisters kids so I used them as an excuse to go see it.

Honestly it's hard to live up to the first one since it was pretty much 10/10. I'd say around 6-7 for this one in comparison. Still enjoyable though.
