Had heard of SH, but had never visited until today. Looks like a wealth of info. so decided to join. Been a member on M4C for a while so not totally new to the forum world. Like to train as much as possible. Recently finished a Haley Strategic class. Looking to hit up TigerSwan in about a month and LAV this fall. Into BJJ as well. Have a new baby at home so keeping busy. Hoping to get a personal best today on the one handed diaper change going from the ready.
