Swivels for flush cups - Need Advice

Hello All,

I need some gear advice. I recently acquired a new Manners MCS-T5A with fixed flush mounts. I now need swivels, and prefer Quick Detach. I plan to use the sling primarily for prone shooting. What would you recommend for QD swivels?

I prefer the VLTOR swivels.

I believe there are 3 styles.
Some have the button raisedfor easy removal
Some have a slight raised portion (this is what I have more of, but of different styles)
The last the button is depressed and takes effort to push into

KAC sling swivel studs with HK sling hooks.
Expensive but the best.

I've used thousands of their swivels on the slings I sell and have never had a single one come back.
