Sling experiences

I have a 28" barrel 52" total A3-5 McMillan GAP Camo Rifle weight about 12.5 lbs.
I wanting to get a sling for the rifle. looking at the following two:

Any other suggestions or experiences would be greatly appreciated.

I love a Tab or VTac padded sling depending in the gun.

I run the Vickers on my SCAR 17 and its a good piece of gear.

You have to decide if you want to be able to use the sling as a shooting aid. If you do, look at the TAB and TIS offerings, none better.

I have a Blueforce on the ar-10 and I like it. I have noticed some use plastic buckles and others have metal... No price difference just a quality shift. I have never seen the TIS or TAB but I will be checking them out before my next grab.
