Ya, the M1A2 should smoke them russians real bad, Next year the Germans are going so the Leopard will have to do so. Bet the German will come out on top.
Tank tag would be a good challenge. It's all fun and games until somebody uses a live 105mm round.
If anyone is smart, they will show up, have a shitload of malfunctions and stand around 80% of the time saying "I don't know what to do, I've never seen this!"
Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't the M1 whoop major T72 ass the last time they faced off in the field of battle? Aren't the two tanks quite a ways apart technologically and capabilities wise?
Believe it or not there's actually several tears of quality when it comes to T72. The shit the Iraqis had was the lowest Quality right below Chinese. Russians do have a higher quality tank but still it's no where near the match a M1.
There have been a number of upgrades to the T72B. However, from what I have read it still has to stop or slow down to engage targets, which the M1A does not have to do.
