Because the intelligent good folks know that "protesting" or Protesting is pretty much pointless as far as actual results when you are on the good side.

Good folks are sticking with trying to change things at the ballot box and when needed confronting evil in the act in person.

Good folks don't go with half or partial measures when they get fed up, therefore nobody on the good side wants to kickstart the taking care of business in any kind of a hurry as they know or at least have a clue of what that will look like, including how many uniforms would be trying to protect the evil.
