This is the finished suppressors it's all 316 stainless steal 1 1/2 diameter and eight inches long

Awesome! what was you wait time on your form 1? Also how long was you expansion chamber?

I'm very happy with my can,
The expansion chamber is two inches/ blast baffle / one inch spacer then baffles

Looks really good. What's the benefit of the relief cut in the baffle and do you clock them randomly when you installed them?

Im not the OP but I think it has to do with increasing gas turbulence inside the cans. The more the gas gets deflected the greater amount of time it has to cool.

Yeah I'm aware of the mouse hole use on k type baffles etc but its not usually a practice on stepped cone baffles is why I ask.
