Off to Vortex it goes tomorrow.

Im not surprised. Luckily Vortex CS is excellent.

Unfortunately, no story. I got this two months ago from SWFA and it's been to the range 3 times. Was practicing with my LaserLyte system tonight and went to dial right and no click. Took the turret off thinking the screws were not aligned or loose. Put it back on, tightened the screws. Dialing one way was fine, but the other resulted in no clicks. Kept on unscrewing, then pssssshhh and then the knob came off.

Vortex, I'm sure will take care of this right away as they have in the past with other scopes, but this was quite the surprise.

that's the new premier reticles patented "easy off" option.

all I ever hear about vortex is how awsome their CS is, hmmmmmm indeed

Mine did that, but elevation.

I just screwed it back in and hand tightened. Checked the zero at 200 yards and it was fine, then back to 740 yards and banging steel.

I sent it to Vortex as they wanted to purge and repressurize to make sure it would not fog.

That sucks.
I'm sure they'll take care of it. I've heard nothing but great stuff about their customer service. I always hate having to confirm that first hand though.
