Folks,

would there be any interest in organizing a group buy for a ARD/Sunshade for the Kahles by USO? I like there ARDS a lot better than the tennebraex and I would like some protection for the lenses on my 6-24.

Could this be done possibly ?

Or will Kahles get with the program and make one in a timely manner ?

I use a Steiner sunshade for my kahles 6-24...got it from sport optics I think.

Someone requested a pic of how the Steiner sunshade looks on the kahles...here it is

I really doubt they'll do that right now, they're really backed up

Mine does not have an ARD, and you can buy steiner shades separately.

I contacted USO several months ago regarding ARD's for the 56mm Steiner. No dice. They have toooo much going on...
Too bad because they make the best damn ARD out there!!

Just use some cardboard out of an mre and some 100mph tape.

Does the Steiner ARD fit as snug as the sunshade does ? Pity about USO beacuse I like the size of the holes in the honeycomb compared to the Tenabraex units, lets more light in and still provides good protection.
