Rifle Scopes Older Leupold M3..can the knobs be updated from MOA to MILS ??

Like the title says, I have an older Leupold 3.5-10 M3 scope that I really like for general use.
Only problem is that while the reticle is a Mil Dot style the windage and elevation adjustments are in MOA.
Is there an outfit that can change the adjustment over to Mil clicks?

Call Leupold customer service. They can build custom turrets for the m3. I am unsure if they can do a mil conversion. 1800 leupold

also befor ecalling make a note if your scope turns counter or clockwise ... for elevation up
as the dials have changed direction over the years

I already have a custom turrent with my yardage come-up's.
Presumably that is what you are talking about.
What I want would require a different internal thread pitch on the windage and elevation adjustments.

Pretty sure the answer is no for the M3 ones.

Some of the newer ones with M1 knobs can be converted though but it is a narrow serial number range.

Anyone know if this can be done on the Trijicon Accupoint's? It's the only thing I don't like about it.

Did you try building it yourself on the Custom Shop program?

When I called about two years ago, they said they would not change an M3 turret to mils.
They did say some M1 turrets could be changed.
If you look at Leupold's mil M5 turrets, they look like the stupid tall 1/4 moa M1 turrets, so it makes sense.
I got rid of my M3.
there are plenty of mil options out there.
