175gr Scenar-L w/Varget

I tested 43.5gr, 44gr, and 44.5gr varget with 175gr Scenar-L. Lapua brass CCI primer loaded 2.830 OAL.Bolt was a bit sticky with 44.5 but produced the best group. Rock Creek 1.10 twist M40 contour. This rifle was built by PCR. *will chrono next time i go out*

I like the 90 grain Scenar L in my 243. They are expensive though so I stick with Bergers for the 9.125 remmy twist

I loaded up some of these with power pro 2000. Gonna try varget as well. Looking forward to seeing how they shoot. It's a relatively long bullet...longer than the berger 175 otms and 168 hybrids.
