Hey folks... anyone have this particular setup?

Looking to mount a Premier LT onto a Rem 700. Anyone know what the correct ring height is if you want to use the included Tenebraex covers?

Barrel is Rem Varmint with a 20moa base.

I was thinking medium .87, but I know that with a Nightforce F1, it's pretty close to touching.

The Premier LT has an objective OD of 57mm (2.244") half of that is 1.122". That's what you need to clear with your ring + base height. Just saying your have a 20 MOA base means nothing, with knowing how high it is at the front (from the top of the rail) over your receiver/barrel.

But with your proposed 0.87" rings you would need a base at least 0.252" High at a minimum to clear without covers. (1.122"-0.87"= 0.252")

I use Seekins lows on 2 of mine. Both M700 SA, Seekins 20moa base and varmint contour barrels.

    If it flips up, yes.
If you orient it to flip to the side like I do, you will need to trim one of the ears off.
