Get yourself a 300 blackout reamer, some 30 cal barrel blanks, and some AR15 extensions. I'm working on a couple 300 blackout barrels this weekend.
I found some 1.25 inch diameter, 25 inch long .30cal blanks from green mountain barrels for about 65.00 each. I should be able to cut 3 7 1/2 in 300 blackout barrels from the blank I ordered. I'm looking forward to getting one put together so I can experiment with the gas port size.

Im glad I saw this, I have been searching high and low for 8 twist 30 cal barrels without having to custom order one for awhile. Looks like they have them in stock, thanks!
