More disturbing news.....Veteran buddy of mine just shared this via FB

National nonprofit Wounded Warrior Project sues Indiana veterans group

"In 2011, the group took in almost $124 million in contributions of which 83 percent went toward its programs, according to the Better Business Bureau, a national nonprofit that ranks and accredits other nonprofits based on several factors. The 2011 statistics are the most recent the Better Business Bureau has recorded. Four percent of those contributions went toward administrative salaries, according to the Better Business Bureau, which has accredited the Wounded Warrior Project."

Come on people! How many times can we say it on here and everywhere else? These charities and 99% of the rest of them are ALL SCAMS (any charity with anything over 50% overhead is clearly a scam). They only exist because people are suckers. The Susan B. Komen charity is one of the single biggest abusers.

WWP, aside from being anti-gun also gets a negative rating on CharityWatch/Navigator and even got a "D-" from Congress! Quit giving money blindly.

I never met so many whiners, fakers, bitches, and POG's until I attended a WWP event. If you think these numbers are bad, look at their IT training. They use your GI Bill to pay themselves for training, then market it like they are doing the veterans a service. No thank you. I earned my Masters degree with no help from them or anyone.
