Ouch! Hurts considering most of it is backordered. Haha.

Is it the price that is painful or that everything is backordered? You haven't scratched the surface, if price is what you're talking about. Wait until you get obsessed with loading accurately and consistently. I only load for the calibers actively and have over $750 in dies alone, another $400-500 in concentricity gauges, headspace tools, neck trimmers, meplate trimmers, $400 in automatic powder measures, another $300 in a chrony, and don't get me started with all the consumables!
As for backordered stuff, you're just not looking in the right place or considering other viable options for components. I have a few thousand bullets, about a hundred pounds of powders, and several thousand primers that I just accrue over time. Considering all that stuff just burns up or ends up in dirt(for the most part for me) I don't want to add that stuff up...

I would post my last PV order, but Homeland Security, ATF and Eric Holder would show up at my door.

Yea I fully understand what kind of special hell you guys must go through, but consider this: I'm a full time college student working a part time job. I'm already mostly there though. Chargemaster 1500, and MagnetoSpeed v2 will be added to the list before the year is over. I'm missing some match grade dies for sure, a ton of measurement equipment, and I'm not very happy with my Lee Turret Press (thinking about Co-Ax). I'd say I'm pretty well off for now though. It will come in due time I'm sure.

The backordered part I'm not too concerned about though. That was from Bruno Shooter's Supply which is actually local for me. It could be for you as well if you don't mind the drive. It's actually very close to PCR.

Lmao, I lost it at Eric Holder.

My local Cabelas has a bunch of the bulk 69grn .22 bullets you are looking for. I can pick one up and send it to you for cost and shipping? I suppose a med flat rate would be the cheapest?

Pain is relative. Add up what it costs for 500 rounds of .223 Black Hills match ammo ($499.70) and 100 rounds of .308 match ($140). No you don't feel like you spent money, but just SAVED $200! See how great the new math is?

Don't worry about it. I can wait. No rush on these I promise. I'm ordering in advance.

True. :D

Lmao, I lost it at Eric Holder.

I use a Lee turret press without issue. Case runout is .001 or less and bullet runout is consistently .002 or less. I don't use the progressive turret feature, though. I just like it for having all my dies pre-set-up on their own turrets.
I try to avoid Bruno at all cost. They price gouge whenever demand gets high. Yes it's their right to price as they see fit but my money goes to businesses that don't stick it to the customer just because they can.
I did buy a barrel from them a couple years back, but that was before they started gouging. Barrels and reloading equipment prices there are ok, but I still try to avoid them on principal.

I hand load 19 Badger,.222, .223, 22-250, 6mmBR, .243, 25acp, 25-20, 25/35, 250/3000, 257 Robert Ackley Improved, 257 Robert Ackley Improved rimmed, 260Rem, 6.5x55, 270, 7x57mm, 7mm Rem mag, 32acp, 32sw, 32S&WLong, 32-20, 7.62x25mm, 30 Mauser, 30-30, 303Sav, 300Sav, 7.62x39mm, 308, 7.5Swiss, 30-06, 300WM, 303Brit,7.62x54R, 8x57mm, 338WM, .380, 9x19mm, 9x23mm, 357 Sig, 38 sp, 357 mag, 38sw, 40sw, 10mm, 38/40, 10.4mm, 401 power mag, 44mag, 45acp, 45Colt, 455 Eley, .410, 45/70, 50CB and 12 ga.

That is ~ 1500 pounds of hoarding.

I helped another early retiree guy move to a state with better hunting.
He only reloads 223, 257 Roberts, 270, 7.62x54R, 300WM, 12 ga, and 10 ga.
That was also ~1500 pounds of hoarding.

Up until the current administration, we looked crazy.
Now it just seemed we were planning ahead.

This year I have been killing things with 22 short, 223, and 7mmRM.
This year for cartridges I added dies and brass for 25-20, 38-40, and 455 Eley.
Dies and brass for old corn ball cartridges are in stock.

I also feel like Bruno's is price gouging. It's sad to see them do it. Because of it, I try to use them as a last resort. Their prices are simply out of line.

I just don't know of many other places to get the powder I want without having to pay hazmat fees.

Dillon presses are made there in the Phoenix area and they have a store front and I was told by a local there that they sell reloading supplies as well. Look them up. What's a pound of powder or a box of 1k match primers going for at Bruno's these days anyway?
I get your situation, and if you just need a pound of something it doesn't make sense to pay the fees elsewhere. But powder valley online prices are so good you can practically buy just 4 pounds of powder, pay hazmat and shipping, and still save over what you'd spend at Bruno's after factoring in their price, gas to get there and back, and tax.
Last time I bought powder from powder valley, 1pounders of hodgdon were between $21 and $26 and 8 pounds was about $150

I haven't fired a store bought piece of ammo since 1948! And I've been through a couple of 18 wheeler loads of it!!

Their prices are amazing, but they are also out of stock on everything and are no longer accepting backorders. Thanks for the heads up though.

I don't mind waiting for stuff, but no backorders is a deal killer for me.
