I am thinking of putting a Geiselle H&K MR 762 trigger in my H&K MR 762 and they have the lowest price $410. IIRC there have been unfavorable post about them but I am not sure my memory is serving me correctly. So if any one has dealt with them please let me know how things went.
    TIA

Run, run, RUUUNNNNN the @#$% away, Sam!!

They are one of the single WORST companies in the history of the industry to do business with...PERIOD. Occassionally, the sun will shine on a dog's ass and they'll actually have an item in stock and available for shipment and will even manage to get it delivered in a not-too-entirely-unreasonable amount of time, but most often, they will screw you over royally. Just run a quick Google/Bing search of Botach (both on the Hide search in my sig line or otherwise) and you'll see just what kind of crap the folks at Botach put out.

They're one of those companies that you need to call first to see if the product they have listed as "in stock" is actually in stock. If its in stock you'll get it......hopefully. Their service is getting better but it still makes peoples' sphincter clench at the thought of using them. If they're CS ever got to the point of some of the vendors here on this site which is stupidly amazing then lots of places would have some seriously stiff competition. Call them first, use your credit card, if things go south do a chargeback to your card and be done with them.

This saved me a reply. Spot on.

Don't...fuckin...do...it. They have the reliability of Counter Sniper Optics and customer service to match.

I ordered a pair of MSR Sordin ear muffs from them and when they arrived, they were not actually MSA's. They were what appeared to be a copy from china. I was so concerned I returned them and received a full refund. I have heard some people get lucky and I have heard a lot of bad things about their customer service.

I agree with the poster though, they sometimes put things on back order until there is time travel, then of course, it will not matter.

I have ordered a number of items from them in the past with no issues. All items were legit and shipping times, etc. were all good. I have never had to contact customer service, so I can't comment on that.

I have read a lot of horror stories about them, they aren't my first choice for items, but sometimes they were the only place to have a particular item in stock...my luck has been good on the few times I have ordered from them.

I have done business with them both personally and through GSA on the mil side. On the personal side, I ordered 2x 7.62 PMAGs and received them in a timely manner, surprisingly. On the Mil side, I had an order for about $5k worth of gear we needed that turned out to never happen because it was the worst dealings with any GSA Contractor ever.

I have read countless bad reviews of the place and after talking to their sales reps on the phone numerous times, I would not recommend them. The only reason I ordered the PMAGs from them was because they happened to have them in stock during the Gun Ban Scare of 2013 so I took my chances and got lucky. Other than that, I will never order anything from them.

By and large, you will find horrible reviews based mainly for their lack of inventory disclosure...and NOTABLY almost all of the reviews are quite old...often several years. In my first dealing with them, i had a terrible experience and my complaint was the same as everyone elses.

Fast forward to today. I will give credit where credit is due. About a year ago, they had an item listed for 1/3 the price of everyone else with free shipping. My cheapness convinced me to give them another shot, plus i was not in a hurry. Went perfect. Tried a few months later, same item, same result. Third time ordered a bunch of stuff...way cheaper than the competition, this time i was in a hurry. Again, PERFECT. Botach apparently heard the complaints and actually did.something about the problem.

I will continue to buy from Botach whenever possible. Kudos on the improvement.

I have only ordered from them in the last year and only a couple of times but everything was always as advertised, with very good deals compared to others and free shipping at least once. For example I got a pair of Matterhorn cold weather special forces boots with non-metallic safety toe for $71.00. That was over $100 less than anyone else.

I found out about them from a buddy of mine that started buying from them a couple of years ago. He probably orders from them at least eight times a year and he has never had a problem. They have some great deals from time to time.

The ONE order I made from them was 100% satisfactory. But this many people can't all be pissed off for no reason.

They have a a HORRIBLE reputation for CS and product inventory but I've made 4-5 transactions with them over the years and everyone has been 100% good to go. That being said, unless they are offering something at an amazing price (they do that frequently) I would probably go with a more reputable vendor.

I have purchased several items from them with no issues. I received the items promptly and they were the proper OEM items (Rem 870 barrels). I've heared all the stories, but my experience was fine. A lot of times peolple hear of a bad experience and then dog pile on and all that info is endlessly regurgitated. Many posts just say "dont use them, the're bad", but dont privide a first hand bad experience.

Interestingly, most of the "first hand" experiences in this thread are positive, one had both a positive and negative experience and one got the wrong item, but they took care of the issue... All the other posts that are negative dont provide a first hand experience and just appear to be regurgitating what they have heard...

    Just my observations.

took them 8 months to fulfill one of my orders placed on their website. kept getting the run around when i inquired the status...2 wks. if you do decide to purchase from botach, DO NOT purchase from their website. Go to ebay and buy from them there. i'm pretty sure everyone knows why.

I have had a lot of good deals with them, but a couple of stinkers too. One item I got, which I really like, is their American made KZ brand (their brand) 8 cell mag pouch in FDE with 8 Magpul AR mags for $90 shipped.

I have ordered from them multiple times, all without a hitch. I have ordered from their ebay store and the website without problems, but the items were small dollar (less than $100 each). I emailed them a few times about some optics they had on sale to make sure they had them in stock, which they didn't, so I did not order those due to the stories I kept hearing. Optics were a leupold vxr patrol 3-9x and a trijicon rx34.

yes the kz stuff is pretty good quality at a nice price.

Never, ever again... items "In Stock" DPMS LPK-1 at a great price. Called to verify this was true. Ordered 3 kits online. Called to confirm order and that the kits were "still in stock." Then...

Took 6 months of phone calls (which were never answered), emails and even FAXES (yeah, who uses those anymore?) to either get my money back (Credit Card hit immediately) or get the kits. Finally got a call that they "had them and there was a glitch in the system." Received the order and to this day I have no idea if they were really DPMS LPK-1(s) or not (yeah, I know there are only a few makers and they worked fine) because they showed up in unmarked sandwich bags.

This was a couple years ago and maybe (hopefully) they have figured it out. BUT... as my grandfather once told me: "You can shear a sheep all its life; but only skin it once."

There are 2 companies on my "Never Again List." BoTach and Crappier than Dirt

Thanks guys. I think I will error on the side of caution and order from another vendor.
