Can anyone tell me who to contact at SWFA for a customer service issue? I ordered a SS HD riflescope and it was delivered to and signed for by someone in a town 100 miles from me. i contacted them at there customer service number but the woman i spoke with seemed to think it was my responsibility once it was shipped. I would appreciate any info for someone there who might be able to help with this.
Don't want to bash anybody yet but i also don't want to spend $1300.00 to find out where NOT to spend my money. Thanks.

When I dealt with them I kept getting the wrong base. And they was trying to charge me shipping for their mistake. I talked to two different people to no avail. I finally got an older lady that got everything straight. I wish I could remember her name for you, but it was a few years ago. All I can tell you to do is "ask for the older lady".

They sent me the wrong base as well and the base I wanted(and ordered) was out of stock. She wanted ME to pay shipping to send the base back to them for THEIR screw up. After I called abck after thinking about it, and demanded she send a call tag she said ok, shouldn't have to tell them to pay for their screwup. I had to order an EGW to get me through until the seekins bases come in, and she wanted me to pay full price, plus tax and shipping. Guess I figured since THEY screwed up they would be a bit more accommodating but that lady who sounded younger was not willing to offer any help until I got a little shitty with her. So good luck getting anything out of them. It really surprised me I was treated the way I was after reading so many good reviews of them.

Call your CC company and tell them what happened and tell them not to pay them. This will get their attention and they will find out what happened to their scope.

I had purchased an AAC flash hider from them and I received the wrong item in the packaging. Most likely a mistake by AAC not SWFA. They sent me the correct product along with a shipping label to send the incorrect product back. I didn't even have to call them, the communication was all done in a few emails. Pretty good customer service to me.

I also used their 110% price match feature on the site to get a better deal on a scope and they gave me the price match even though the scope went out of stock at Grabagun after I submitted the price match request. I check to see if they sell what I want before I buy something now.

I've had good luck with them. I forgot to add something to an order once and asked if they could add it so I didn't have to pay shipping twice and they said my order already shipped but they would just charge my card and ship the extra item the next day no shipping charge to me.

Myself I had several good buying experiences with them, but I've read plenty of complaints about them right here on the Hide.

As already suggested, have your CC company reverse the charges. You did not receive a product you ordered, and your CC Co. will most likely side with you.

Call them and this time ask them to track their package!! They should know where their product is, you don't own it until they get it delivered to the right house!! As much as someone from there is on here I would think they would pick this up pretty quick. They have a $1300 scope lost in the mail!!

Call your CC company and tell them what happened and tell them not to pay them. This will get their attention and they will find out what happened to their scope.

This is kind of the nuclear option - use as a last resort. It will sure get their attention, but you may be viewed as a problem customer if you want to buy from them again.

The best advice is above through your credit card company. That will get their attention

Leave that as a last resort.

I had an issue with their customer service as well. I had to call a few times to get it straightened out, but what I was asking for was a little complicated. If you aren't getting what you need from the first CS rep that you are dealing with, ask to talk to a CS supervisor (that's what I did). The first person that I was dealing with was new and genuinely confused about how to handle what I was asking for. After explaining my situation to the CS supervisor, they did exactly what I had asked for. It can be a little frustrating, not getting what you need on the first ,or even second phone call, but remember it's better to remain friendly and courteous over the phone. There is no need to run to your CC company just yet. Just remember to explain your side of things as clearly as possible.

I agree with elephant rider, I have bought countless items from these guys, no one is perfect but their customer service is awesome, they have always made things right which is why I will continue to give them as much business as possible.
