Suppressors Bushing or Bull barrel for Supressed 1911

Guys, I have a 4.0 Tactical STI in 9mm. I have a GemTech Multimount as well. I want to rebarrel my STI for the suppressor, so what type of barrel works better with the weight of a can on the end? Do I go to a bushing type barrel or stay with an extended bull barrel? Do I need to use my LID with it or is it unnessary?

On my 45 springer, I had a storm lake fit and use a standard bushing. I've not looked in to re-barreling my 9mm 1911 so, I don't know what's out there. I run a nielson device for my 1911 and glock.
