I also have ordered multiple times from Ceylon. And everytime I speak with him on the phone,
it has always been a pleasure. My latest order was a Hog Saddle that arrived so quickly
that it surprised me. My experiences with Delta have been outstanding.

I saw this thread and decided to comment, because the little things do matter.
I like it when I call and order, it is always the same, fast, friendly, and positive.
These are all qualities that garner my attention and bring me back again.

He was very helpful and replied to my emails promptly and included a thank you card with my name.
