Suppressors TBAC Ultra 7 6.5 CB

Both suppress very well, and the TBAC 7 inch is quieter than most other manufacturers 9 inch cans. But the Ultra 9 is noticeably quieter if you are shooting of each side by side with an Ultra 7. I stock both, but the Ultra 7 seems to be more popular based on sales

When I first placed my order with TBAC I wanted an Ultra 9 in 30 cal as an "every SA caliber" can. I thought about it some more and realized my match rifle will likely always have a 6.5 or 6mm barrel, so I changed the order to an Ultra 7 in 6.5mm. From what I read, on a 6.5mm rifle the 6.5-Ultra-7 sounds identical to the .30-Ultra-9.

I'm 287 days into the wait, so I should hopefully have it in a week or two!

I think the 2" is worth it for more suppression, so I'm waiting on a 9.

Just picked up my 9" 6.5 in OD green this weekend, 10 month wait not counting the mfg. time, so just over a year... Such a sweet can. That 2" is definitely worth it. I have the 5" in .30 (which is awesome on a .300BLK SBR) so if I want something small on that particular rifle I just use it. Stomps the shit out of the 30CB9 for anything 6.5. I have several other cans, many of the mil type cans on mil type rifles are about 7". But I use TBAC for either precision/suppression or weight/size, so the 7" cans don't offer much for me. Mr. 30CB9 will be likely going on a .300BLK rifle where it can do the most good.

The 9" can wasn't as ridiculously long on the 20" rifle as I thought it may be --with the CB brake, really only about 7.5" extends past the brake anyway. Looks fine and isn't unwieldy. TBAC is definitely one of my go to's.

Hard to say who has best price, I got this one special so the price and where to get it won't apply. But I normally deal directly with Zak directly, I typically deal with the mfg. when I can. Prices are usually fine if they have vet/mil/le pricing, I usually get mil accounts and I get to deal direct (not sure if TBAC does this, been awhile). But I'd call them and see what they say, just don't forget to add your transfer fee in.
