Looking for a scope that fits the following description...

I'll do the easy portion of the list first..

FFP
Mil / Mil
Mil reticle holds for wind
exposed turrets

Now for the ones that make it hard...

Minimum parallax in the 25 yards or less realm
TOOL LESS ZERO ADJUSTMENT (zero stop not required) but I'm really wanting to be able to adjust this thing on the line in short order

Now for the kicker..

I'm looking for those traits, in a scope that actually tracks.... With some decent glass

Would prefer to put the budget in the 1k area but if you have something that fits the above description please let me hear it

May I ask why the tool less zero is so important? You ditch that trait and your options explode.

On my switch barrel, it takes very little mental math to dial the new "zero" or have your ballistic solver do it for you...

The only tool less zero scopes I'm aware of are Tangent Theta, USO B series, and Premier. Of those the only scope that comes remotely close to your budget is the USO b-10.
I can personally vouch for Tangent Theta glass as it's amazing, best in the business. And the turrets are also the best I've ever used.

Better to have it and not need it, than to not have it and say oh shit.....

Mainly because this scope won't have a permanent home. I have been trying to find a more ideal scope to jump around on rimfire rifles. I have been using a Weaver tactical 3-15 and the tool less zero adjustment is something I have enjoyed on it.

Thanks covert, I figured there must be some other mid class optics with the tool less zero adjustment since the Weaver's come in the $600 range I figured somebody should be competing with them. I may have to adjust my rimfire budget on up or stay with it I guess

I'm so sorry but I can't resist ... one scope existence matches your description, down to worth $1000 ... a broken Premier!

That's funny
