Rifle Scopes Kahles scope service location and turnaround time?

If a Kahles scope service needs service, where is that work done and what's the typical turnaround time? It's on my short list for a PRS-style competition rifle for many reasons but I want to understand if it needs work how long will I be without the scope.

So, Kahles scopes are sent to Austria for repair. Typical turnaround time is 8-10 weeks.

I had to send mine back for a canted reticle. I was quoted 8 weeks and that is exactly what it took. No surprises.

I had to send mine back for a canted reticle, debris in housing, and reticle bounce. They had it from 10/16 - 2/17.

Sent my back in Jan and got back in March. Swarovski NA provided shipping label to them and took care the shipping overseas, all costs covered.

I had a reticle swap done on a Z6 and it was done in less than a month. Squared away svc.

Mine is Gen3
