Kestrel 5700 AB zero height/offset link issue

I am loosing my zero height and offset when I link with the program on my iPhone. I am able to input the offsets in the kestrel and everything works fine but when I get the profiles from the kestrel to the iPhone they go back to all zeros. So I tried inputting the offsets into the iPhone program and then sending to the kestrel but the offsets still reset to zero. Can anyone help with what I am doing wrong?

Are you using the append function or overwrite function? Also make sure you save the profile before trying to send to kestrel, I’m sure you did I’m just thinking out loud.

I think this was corrected in one of the latest updates. Is your Kestrel current on updates?

It is important to make sure you are on FW 1.15 and have the latest version of the app. If you are on old FW you won't get the append option.
