Frankly, if you do, I don't want you in my orbit, and I'd definitely prefer if you were to keep your opinions to yourself, or share them with others in a moderate fashion.

Disagreeing with a political viewpoint and expressing one's self is a constitutionally protected right,, especially if done so while trying to cleave to a standard of decorum.

Oh, but no, some of you can't do that, spoiled fucking brats, whether it's on a public highway, or in your Twitter feed, or on your Facebook page.

I'll give this asshole credit for being nervy, but nothing ever quite like this level of antagonization ever occurred in the last eight years, no matter how exasperated we got.

You want a fight, cocksuckers? Well, you no doubt got one coming. And it ain't gonna be Home Depot dowel truncheons and Mace from your man bags.

Expression is limited by intelligence. I'd say he's pushing the envelope. .

Doesn't the left say hate speech justifies Violence? So if that truck ends up full of dents and broken glass that would be ok correct? I hope more and more snowflakes do it. Because most people even Libs know its pathetic. The lower they go the more People will jump ship.

it would be a shame if i tripped into his car while holding my keys, and instinctively reached out to brace myself, and had my keys scratch that nice new truck of his.

"Fort Bend Sheriff Troy E. Nehls, apparently unaware the First Amendment protects political speech..."

What a fucking idiot. I'm guessing Austin Commie Ben Keller is too young to remember the Shit Happens bumper stickers. Back then that was a great way to get pulled over and get a ticket.

A few drops of this at the base of the windshield (where the interior ventilation intake is) should do the trick

1st Amendment / ZFG / I support their right

That being said, it obstructs their view of what is going on behind them and as such it is a second 'Indicator' about a person I already know I am going to have little in common with.

1st Amendment / ZFG / I support their right.
Rights come with responsibilities and speech comes with consequences.

BTW, you DO know that the First Amendment prescribes what the government can and cannot do with respect to political speech and religion. It places no restrictions on private individuals and businesses.

If I saw that guy parked in my property's lot I'd trespass his ass in a NY minute.

I'm confused, so someone educate me.
First Amendment protects the right to express one's thoughts and feelings, etc, but am I wrong in thinking that it does not protect public vulgarity, profanity, and nudity? In other words, it's not the sentiment behind his statement, but rather the specific use of the F-word that would NOT be protected? This is the reason that certain movies get R-ratings, to protect minors from exposure to it, and there's no constitutional issue there, so what's different here? I might be wrong, but I'm not seeing it as a First Amendment issue, but rather a public profanity issue - I'm just not quite up on what the threshold is, but I would think that display crosses it. Take it a step further - what if he had a pornographic display of someone actually doing what that sticker says? Would that be protected by the First? Why would it be different?

I guess what I'm saying is, I know you can express any sentiment about Trump you want (except threatening). But I'm not sure it's legal or protected to go around with a giant F-word displayed like that. Am I wrong?

By the way, I have seen a few stickers that say "Truck Fump". I don't think there would be any real problem with those.

In the article it looks like vulgar language can be a disorderly conduct charge

I've had a theory that except for a few certain stickers on a vehicle, you can start deducting IQ points for every sticker. Guess she supports that theory.

Reading those stories, I guess my previous post IS wrong. According to the article, apparently it IS protected-speech to use profanity of ANY sort as long as it's directed towards a specific person, and not just in general. I would never have dreamed there could be a difference. What the...??? To me that's even worse.

OK, so I suppose the next thing is just WHO that specific person is...like it's OK as long as it's a conservative? I wonder how tolerant they'll be if it says ____ Hilary/Obama?

And I love the statement by this woman who says something to the effect of, "I'm just expressing my First Amendment right. I don't mean any animosity by it." RIGHT! It says, "F--- you too, if you voted for him." But there's no animosity in that statement at all.

I wonder how often that truck gets brake checked?

I have to deal with this type of retardation on a daily basis. I have 3 kids, 2 college age and 1 still in high school. Their friends post the most moronic crap on facebook and twitter. When I respond and ask simple questions there is an avalanche of insults (mostly calling me racist or a white nationalist), none of them ever has an intelligent response.

One of them posted one time they were majoring in something to do with gender studies. I posted I have a doctorate in gender studies and offered my expert opinion which was, "penis = boy, vagina = girl", you should have seen their responses after that one.

It's also really fun when their parents respond and tell me to stay out of their kids posts. The real troll in me wakes up then.

the cops are over stepping their bounds here, dam straight they targeted her for her sticker, why didn't they arrest her a month ago? Not smart.

she had a warrant you dumb fuck.....we get it, you hate cops.......go screw.

arresting her for a warrant is not "overstepping their bounds"..

i honestly dont know if you are trolling, or if you are genuinely this fucking stupid
