Help Me Spend 1500 on a spotting scope

I have a 1500 dollar budget for a spotting scope. It will mainly be used for range use (paper and steel) but also taking pictures and hunting. What do I buy?

Creedmoor Sports has in the past ran a deal around Christmas time for a Kowa scope package.

You get a Kowa with 25 LER eyepiece, cross the course style scope stand, scope head and bags for the scope and the stand.

Its a heavy setup but its meant for range use.

I bought mine awhile ago and the package was about $1400.
