Hermann Kahn will argue against the concept of no winners... though his 1960's concepts were kind of quaint compared to today's (or 1982's) technology.

That said.... If we're talking North Korea... or Iran... the SIOP plot looks kind of like one line headed toward USA... and a solid white mass of lines heading back.

And we don't need nukes to wipe NK or Iran off the map. There's enough FAE's in the arsenal to target one on every hut in either shithole...
