Prvi Partizan 5.56 NATO Stamped Brass

Is Prvi Partizan good brass? This would be used for either 75gr bthp or 55gr FMJ in semi-autos. Thanks.

Were it I, I would go to Powder Valley. They have NAMMO (Nordic Ammunition Group/Lapua) .223 brass for $130 per 1000. I ordered some a month or so back. VERY nice brass (drilled flash holes, nice annealing, etc.). If it wasn't for the headstamp it could be mistaken for Lapua brass (which, since they are the joint Lapua/Norway factory, is in reality Lapua brass).

Just a thought...

Edit: I'm assuming we're talking .223 brass. correct? BTW, it's under their "Specials" link...

Yes, 223. I was thinking about buying some of their loaded M193 and reusing the brass. I typ use LC or FC when loading.

Last I looked Natchez still had new LC brass for 223. Pretty cheap, but about the same as the NAMMO, which has me intrigued.

I have found it to be a less than optimal reload component. There is a lot of variation in the brass dimensions. I now just throw it away and do not bother reloading it. There are better choices out there.

If I had a choice LC all day every day, it is a much better product. I use LC in 556,308 and 30-06. I will always pick up LC Brass. I like, hell I love LC Brass.
