Found these guys today I'm looking at going with carbon fiber for a Valkyrie build. My experience with CF barrels has been Christensen and Proof. I have had mixed results with Christensen in bolt guns (not their new line). Proof has been pretty impressive except for one barrel, and they fixed it asap according to my smith. They are about 20-25% cheaper than proof bbls. Website doesn't list maker of blank or real specific specs other than 1-7" and 5r. Thanks for the info in advance.

I just put together a 22" 6.5 creedmoor. It shot very accurately with 143 eldx factory. I did not get a lot of verification on long term testing, but was pushing .500- .750 groups at 100 yards. Fit and finish looked nice. Did not chrono the rounds. May have started heat stringing after 10 rounds. I need more time to verify that. I only ran 50 rounds through it. Initial thoughts were good, with accuracy similar to a christensen. I have not had the stringing issue with the one christensen i used. Obviously more data is necessary to come to a solid conclusion on both, and i dont have enough time with proof to compare.

Thanks for the info. I had a Christensen 25-06 about 8 years ago and was not impressed with accuracy for the money, but have seen others shoot lights out. I love the idea of CF barrels and I think Proof and C6 are doing a great job in that market. What I thought was innovative about the BSF barrels was the vents or cooling ports. I know CF can trap heat and do a great job of not transferring it which depending on how you look at it could be a good or bad thing. Please share more info and experience with the BSF barrels. Thank you.
