Custom Cheek Rests?

I have misplaced the contact info for the person who converts McMillan/Manners stocks into the adjustable cheek piece version stocks. I know Terry Cross makes the hardware for this application, but not sure who will do the actual conversion. Can someone please refresh my memory? Thanks!

Well, time to resurrect this thread. Joe just finished my cheekpiece on my McMillan.

The usual accolades apply - beautifully done, nicely refinished, turn around as quoted, yada, yada, yada.
