Will Kelblys atlas tactical short action be a drop in fit into a MPA chassis, wondering due to the trigger hangar on the Atlas

Depends on the trigger i believe. You may have to take a dremel to the inside of the chassis to fit the trigger.
With my impact (also uses a hanger) i had to slightly dremel the chassis

No portion is cut out in the chassis to allow for the trigger hangar?

My Atlas with a Jard trigger fit right in. No issues.

I had a Kelbly in an older BA chassis and currently have one with a trigger tech and the trigger hanger in the MPA hybrid chassis. It just drops right in both.
