can anyone recommend a 'smith to re-barrel a rem 700 hunting rifle (magnum, won't be changing calibers) in the northern virginia area, including out to or around winchester? or is there a good shop nationwide to send this to? might also need bedding/inletting based on new barrel contour. don't need a 1/2" gun, but definitely sub-moa. thanks!
