I can't believe this guy's history. Loses his daughter back in '88 at the tail end of a high-speed chase (she wasn't the subject) subsequent to a faulty headlight stop, and then after 35 years operating in the same spot, he gets crushed in his hot dog stand by some yutz going too fast for conditions. Roadside Americana is a dangerous place to be.

A tragic reminder to slow down, give more than enough braking distance and pay attention to the road, especially in inclement weather. And for those who may be positioned in a precarious location such as this one, concrete or water filled Jersey barriers are not that expensive, especially used barriers.
