Why are you making us suffer through that atrocity again Jerry?

This guy is a complete phony pos. I used to chalk it up to him being tortured in the Hanoi Hilton, but then I read that he was strategizing for a political career while he was in there. Anyway he is/was an unstable fucking hothead and should never have gotten the nomination in 08. He shouldn’t have been deemed fit to hold a senate seat either. Any unbiased psych eval should have been able to pick that up. In addition, not a very bright guy either

I'm pretty sure that was a bit of a play from the Bush dynasty to put him up knowing half the conservatives couldn't stand him so that their buddies from the Clinton setup could get Hillary elected..... Then Obama came along and ruined Hillary's presidential plans.

This is an inspiring story of preserverance, fighting against an adversary with nearly unlimited resources and coming out on top.

In his own land, our hero Glioblastoma Multiform survived the torture of chemotherapy fighting for what he believed in until his enemy surrendered.

Now we all get to enjoy the spoils of his victory.

He will not be missed. King RINO.

That said, once upon a time he had the right stuff to at least sign a check for his life and, well, make the attempt. Whatever he became. He did not have to put on a uniform.

So I will hope that he goes out peacefully. A long, long time ago, he earned that right. Even if, in the interim, he has done more than a little to make us forget that fact... and wish him otherwise.

Gotta agree here, cancer is just a nasty way for anyone to go out. I've seen it, I've smelled it. My grandmother's lungs were ravaged when they tried to remove it; they ended up removing most of her lungs and there was still cancer there. The smell --oh god the smell. They had vicks outside the room and a warning not to recoil to the smell. It doesn't smell like death exactly, more like tonseliths (those little semi-hard white lumps you occasionally cough up that smell horrible). But way stronger than tonseliths, enough to fill the room thick. I'll never forget that. It was the smell of her lungs rotting in her living body. I knew she was dead then, but she held on like that for a few more months.

It's really the family that'll be affected the most by it. Watching someone you care about go through that is very difficult.

Immunities to the law in any fashion for elected officials. The local example I would use is the congressman that smacked his girlfriend around on the 51 and used his position to subvert consequences that would have put you or me in jail. Or more recently the gentleman who was stopped by a state trooper using the same for doing over 100mph for no other reason than he wanted to get home quickly to surprise his family. Troopers body cam got the whole thing on tape......trooper had to let him go. That kind....I understand there are probably reasons for these things but it pisses me off that they are grossly abused?

Aye, It is hard to say I hail from Arizona when our two senators are the leading examples of what a RINO is. I am glad AZ will be getting new senators soon, and hope that this now purple state sends up two decent senators that give a shit about the state and this country. AZ has a history of being ass backwards, do their own thing, march to their own drum in politics. Its like the retarded 2nd cousin that does his own thing but everybody in the family loves and adores and can't wait to see at the family reunion.


I saw that congressmen video too RNWKNP. Load of horseshit. Glad the govenor told the DPS (state police) to arrest any congressperson who tries that shit again. This worthless fuck claims legislative immunity to get out of speeding and states he does it frequently. Turns out he was correct and AZ legislature gets immunity. I didn't believe it until I looked it up.

I really don’t care for his politics at all, but we need to keep this civil. The man is dying from cancer and his family is going thru the same pain with him. Trust me on that. I wouldn’t wish cancer on my worst enemy. Even in this case. I’ll say a prayer for you John. He is a human being first, a father / brother / son / second, and a politician last in my eyes.

He had his chance to do good by the American people, but he continually bent us over and screwed us. It's about time him and his family felt the same pain. Yes cancer is a bitch, but so was John..... so in a way they deserve each other

Well I have to honestly say that I do respect your morals on the matter as I share some of them with you but the fact remains you reap what you sow and it is reaping time for Mcstain.

He sold out his party and the people he represents. He lined his pockets and betrayed the public trust. I wish him no ill and hope his remaining days are with family and peaceful (even though that will ruffle feathers here). Although I greatly disliked him as a politician he still served and put his ass on the line. Yes, I am aware of the facts of crashing planes, politically planning the future etc, his time in the Hilton, but bottom line is he served in the armed forces during armed conflict. Even though the name McStain is fitting at his end what he did in his early life earns him the right to die peacefully surrounded by family. I just want him out of politics. He should have stepped down after '08 because that's when he really started changing sides.
