Rifle Scopes Vortex gen 1 vs gen 2

was wondering if i could get some feedback on gen 1 vs gen 2 vortex PST or Razor. Someone who has actually used both, not just some buddy's hearsay. Thanks

What do you what to know? Reticle is thinner on the gen 2, turrets are better, glass is better.

I own both generations. The gen 1 is the 10 mil version. The only use those scopes see is during matches or when practicing for matches. In other words I've never used them in a lower light situation to hunt. While the glass is better on the gen2, the gen1 has never held me back. The zero stop on the gen 2 allowes you to dial a half mil below zero stop. Occasionally that can be handy. Turrets feel good to me on both. Eye box is more forgiving on the gen 2, but again both are good. Lastly, If I had to do it all over again I would. Happy with both scopes.

You can set the zero stop on the gen 1 below zero if you want also. ?
