Hi Everyone, just joined the forum and I live in Norther Illinois. Looking forward to learning what I can here. I'm looking at rifles right now, and there so many out the to choose from.

I'm in Northern IL, just south of Rockford. I do a lotto trap, sorting clays, and 5 stand shooting. The club I belong to has a rifle range out to 600 yards so im looking to getting into PRS, just not sure what rifle to buty.

Welcome. I'm a member at ASC and part of the group that runs the Practical Precision Rifle (PPR) matches (PPR) out there. There are a lot of options for a starter setup depending on budget and goals. I'm happy to have a conversation if you're interested. Our last match of the season is October 13th. You're welcome to come out and watch and guys are usually willing to let you jump behind their rifles at the end...time and weather permitting.
