What is this self illuminating surface?

Anyone know what is used here as far as what looks like a dry erase board that you can read in the dark? They don't make it/patent it, so this comes from somewhere.

Id buy one but just dont need another data book cover. I'm still clinging to the old ass OD one I've had that went on all 3 trips to Afghanistan with me.

The illuminated board for night shooting would be fantastic.

Hmmmm seems I'm running into either it being paper thin, being a green surface that glows, or having to order 50000 of them from the manufacturer in China.
