with the recent trigger addition to the AI rifle i wanted to get some feedback on how they're performing. I know of 3 people including myself that upgraded the trigger. 2 of them have had failure to reset after a few hundred rounds. Is this normal ? Anyone else have this issue ? I recently at a club match was dry firing while spotting and had 2 no resets. I lifted the bolt, closed, nothing. Then removed bolt, looked at everything and it started working. I have just over 300rds on the new trigger, but this worries me. I had over 5000rds on the old trigger, never an issue..

Not tryin to pursuade your decision. I like mine. I like the lighter pull weight. But just concerned with the no reset issue I’ve noticed in 3 different rifles.

I was hoping something we all missed in the instructions

I have over 800 on mine in an axmc with 0 issues between 338LM, 308, and 6.5cm . I have tuned my sear adjustments and weights so that its about 1.5 lbs on the first stage a solid wall then about .5 on the second stage with zero creep from 1st to 2nd measured using a wheeler digital pull gauge. I played with the trigger for about 3 hours one Saturday to fully understand how it worked and to get it where I wanted it. If I had to guess your first sear is set a hair on the tight side and is not letting the sear recock after letting the firing pin fall. I would turn the 1st sear adj screw out .25 of turn counterclocwise and see if that fixes it. If it stil wont catch but happens a little less, do the same to the 2nd sear adj screw. To set the "wall "between the first and second stages is done by manipulating the difference in each sear engagement screw so as to fully release the sear when full pressure is applied but not before the second sear screw engages the lower sear lever. Too much total sear engagement and the rifle wont cock, too little and the rifle is unsafe and could fire without a true trigger pull.

Got about 300-400 over mine and no issues. Also, there's two other guys at our club that have them (one adjusted to the point of a single stage) and I haven't heard of any issues.
