Just recently got a set of 10x42 Leica LRF binos, and I’ll be using them mostly for hunting/glassing, and at the range. I want to take full advantage and am looking for the most stable option to attach to my tripod with a Feisol head (arca compatible I believe). So far, this is the only thing I’ve found. Anyone know if these are worth a damn, or if there are better options?... Thanks!

I have the Leica LRF and use the Leica bino holder on my RRS tripod. I think I bought a Feisol Arca rail section and attached it on the bottom. I have not had any issues and the binos are SOLID in there. I usually attach my binos at matches and just walk with them on my tripod from stage to stage. never fallen out or loosened up. I like that I can easily undo the bungee and the binos are free, stick them in my bino harness for when I go hunting.

It is spendy but I figure I just spend almost $3k on a set of binos, $100 for a proper carriage is not that bad.
