And not to bad. Continuing being a slow learner. I've got preventative items such as mineral oil, metamucil, and Milk of Magnesia to keep from having a big problem. Unfortunately I forget from time to time to take one in the evening. Last weekend was not good. Trying to stay on top of it. It lets me know when I don't...........
