FUCK THEM!
Any gun hand worth his salt can put 10 rounds on target, mag change, and put 10 more on target faster than any wannabe can let 30 go, spray and pray from one mag.
When the state government does not trust their people, as well as local Law Enforcement, the patients are running the asylum.
I thank God every day to have been born, and live in Texas. We are not lost yet, but the transplants are trying.

So....if you are not allowed to possess one unless "on" or traveling "to" or "from" duty....that means it is illegal as soon as you arrive at your house. Same goes for those "on call" officers. They are in violation until they begin traveling for work.
