RSH-12 "illegitimate son of the program Exhaust"
The RSH-12 is a revolver with a solid metal frame and with a reel for 5 cartridges that flips to the left. The drum of the revolver can be rotated in a vertical projection, cam down, to simplify loading.
The revolver uses ammunition 12.7x55 mm, the same as in the ASH-12 assault rifle.
To reduce the recoil axis, a shot in this revolver is implemented from the lower chamber of the drum. In the receiver housing there are a number of cooling holes, and on different photos, different forms of holes, in some photos there is a DTK.
This revolver is designed in the edge of samovars and gingerbread by the famous TKBP.
Performance characteristics of this monster:
Mass without cartridges and butt 2.2 kg.
Overall dimensions without a butt and a silencer 357x53x159.
The length of the unfolded butt and silencer 830 mm.
Adopted by the CLO of the Russian Federation, there is no data on the application.

That is one mean and badass looking revolver right there. Looks like something that the biohazard response team aboard the USG Ishimura would carry. I am certain that cartridge can incapacitate a necromorph with one shot.
