The biggest take away, IMO, would be from George's post in the first link given the experience he has building these rifles and competing. Note, this was before the 110 was developed.

Gas gun 41 gr H4350 and the 105 Hornady at 2.750 or 105 berger hybrid at 2.800

Bolt Rifle 42.2 H4350 and the 105 Berger Hybrid at 2.815

This is with the GAP 6mm Creed Reamer and it has .199 FB length may vary if you rifle was cut with a different reamer.

in a Bolt Gun 43 grains of H4350 is absolute max and may even be too hot in some rifles. (44 gr is crazy hot and dangerous)

I've run the 110s with 42.2 and 42.3 gr of H4350 with CCI BR2s in 2 different barrels (both 26" Hawkhills)at 20 thou off the lands and they shot/shoot well. One in Hornady brass, one in necked down Prime. Got me 3050fps in the 7.5tw barrel and 3090 in the the 8twist barrel. Had to up the powder charges on both recently as my latest lot of h4350 is slower. 42.5 in the 8 twist (at about 900 rds) and 42.9 in the 7.5 (1700 rds and dying, shoots like .80moa, just used for club matches or as a backup now). Working up a load in a new barrel (26" Rock Creek from PVA but they haven't told me what twist yet?) and trying H4831SC now as H4350 is becoming a pain to source in 8lbs jugs again up here.

Sorry for coming late to the party
26 inch 7.5 twist Heavy Palma HH barrel ( 2 barrels) yes both Hawkhills (not Rockcreek)
Ran the 110's in Lapua brass, cci450, Rl16 @42.2 .008 off, a little warm @3140fps shot .3 for about 300 rounds
then had to start chasing the lands.
First tried it in some Alpha LRP brass and at that load blew primers.
Went to the 107's and found a good load at 41.8 with H4350 and a little higher
at 42.2 Backed off the 42.2 wanted to save the barrel a little.

I had a great accuracy node around 3150fps with my first 6 creed barre, if I recall, it was something like 43.2 gr, way over max load but zero pressure signs. I ended up backing down to my load around 3050fps after a talk with a buddy of mine who's shot a lot of 6mm as he figured that would just be a more stable load, less need to chase the lands, etc.
