Evidently you can put a wrist brace on it and shoulder it . At that length I would seriously consider for home defense .

Holy crap, not that I think NFA 34 is legit in the first place how does that get through.
The purpose of the short barrel ban was to prevent concealment. Because the shockwave grip makes it over the minimum length, it is exempt from the NFA.
The design of Mossbergs auto doesn't lend itself to doing stock less. However, the Remington design works well. The Tac 13 may be useless, but definitely cool. Happy to live in a country where that's all that matters. (A state, anyway)
It is classified as a firearm and not a shotgun or rifle thus exempt from NFA.

I just fear the ATF allowing trojan horses to secure more shit.
