How do you guys break in a new rear shooting bag?

Got a new Wiebad loop bag last week and it's a bit stiffer than what i'm used to. I would think that after a break in period it would become more pliable. So is there anything in particular that any of you guys do to speed up the process a bit rather than breaking in from use? been basically just manipulating it with my hands and punching it for about 3 days when i'm watching netflix, about like you would a new baseball mitt, but it's still pretty stiff. If this belongs in the stupid questions thread I apologize.

Put it in one of these for 20 minutes.

On a more serious note, have you considered tossing it in the dryer on a no heat cycle for a bit?

The black nylon we use is stiffer than the other colors and pattens. It just has a thicker coating on it. I have tried all kinds of stuff, including the dryer on no heat. Nothing really works other than good ol stomps and knee drops, which is nice because it serves as a durability test as well! Once you give up on that one we will set you up with a proper rear bag!! ?
