Except for the dead folks,... Gangs come in many forms, they wear different patches, different ranking, but a gang is a gang no matter the perception there of. The sad thing is many are but tax slaves to fund some gangs.

So where is it illegal in the Constitution to be in a "Gang"? Freedom to assemble.... sound familiar.....

This was an outright ambush and execution. This is not a win. If the trigger pullers were in jail it would be a win.

If only the new DA would go after the actual killers.... We can be glad that these are dropped and the members of clubs like the veterans clubs and others that were there, just attending a COC meeting, are now able to resume their lives..... i believe a handful of the bikers are opening a lawsuit on Waco and the police and DA Reyna

you think Waco is going to pursue the police? Ive read some of the stuff thats come out from the cops and from the DA office. its like Waco disregards the law, and has their own way of law. the whole deal was fucked from day one. i agree they should be prosecuted, but i just dont see it happening

You got that right. I have friends that grew up in Marlin, just up the road from Waco, and have spent time around there. People sometimes just 'disappear'.

For the fellows calling this a win for the people, I think some details are being missed. These two biker gangs are violent and hate one another. They happened to end up at the same Twin Peaks at the same time, AFTER Twin Peaks corporate tried to get that location to not have biker appreciation days, or whatever event they were sponsoring. The gangs started shooting at each other and it went inside the bar. The ONLY saving grace was that "civilians' were few and far between that day, guess they were staying away from the party.

It was odd how the charges were dropped and the gangs are suing a series of individuals over the arrests but there are people still being charged and have been or are going to be tried. I am sure the police wanted to appear to be "strong" and protecting the community so there might have been some over stepping on their part.

Throw the book at all the bad guys, both with and without badges.

Tthe Bandidos and Cossacks were the two main gangs but they had "allies" there. At the end of the day what does that matter? Does the number of gangs present that day justify the shooting that they started?

Waco is a well know totally corrupt to the core town where the politicians and "law enforcement" leadership as well as pretty much everyone in the "government" or "criminal Justice" system are all from a small "Good Old Boys" exclusive club, most having gone to the same university.
That city is one of several that are a Disgrace to the State of Texas

Most likely the "city leaders" didn't like the bikers being there and decided to send in the cops to kill as many as they could.

Where they failed was the being too greedy part. By going so overboard on charging everyone else who just happened to be their for the killings the Police did, and demanding sky high bail, they pretty much guaranteed that a lot of lawyers were going to get involved.

It just goes to show even in a "free" state, there are some really rotten 1960s/1970s movie style villains running smaller cities.

i wouldn't say for sure either way. the facts are that 9 people were killed and all were hit with .223s. the Cossacks claim none of their members were armed. There were guns found during arrests, but never said whether they came off of either Cossacks or Bandidos..... and none of which chambered in .223

The why don't you explain it to me since you sound like an expert. Or better yet explain to my how your point has any effect on those asshole shooting at one another in the parking lot and inside the restaurant before the cops show up.

Please show your source that says they are shooting inside the bar, or even at each other.
SO lets say they were shooting at each other. That makes it OK for the cops to arrest every other biker at the place is what you are saying correct? including the veterans clubs and the charity clubs? and ruin their lives for years?

You brought it up as a point so explain it or shut the fuck up about it. I don't give a damn about what a COC meeting is supposed to be about if the bikers triggered and perpetuated the shooting. As far as a source goes I saw the same original video(s) and reports as everyone else that saw the local news. It plainly showed the bikers shooting from inside the bar and there were reports of dead guys inside, so either they were shot outside and went inside or were shot inside and dropped. Videos and can be manipulated to support a story so what I saw might well have been only part of the story.

In the second video it was mentioned that the gangs blamed one another for starting the shooting.

Mainly what im saying is that if someone broke the law, sure, they should be arrested. there were many innocent lives ruined because of the way the legal system handled the arrests. COC meetings are for clubs to get together to work out any problems and also to talk about current events and subjects that may effect the motorcycle club lifestyle. Helmet laws, rallys, profiling are some things that are talked about. 3 people were killed at the Boston massacre and America was infuriated..... three times that are slaughtered and theres people wishing it was more. that should bother more than just me.

Goddamn, What a Clusterfuck, Circle Jerk and LE in the middle of it? I am amazed there are NO charges for anyone.

I sure as fuck am not one in the know as to putting it down to LE or the Gangers or whom ever as I don't have ALL of the facts, but someone does, and their pants are dirty.

Incidents like this do NOT support my trust of the Criminal Justice System or LE. They leave me hanging as to WHO to trust.

9 dead and nobodies feet held to the fire? No charges?

That just ain't right. but take a little longer to investigate it and find no one at fault??

I think biker clubs get a bad rap because what people see on tv colors their opinions. How does tv portray the average club? Not very good.

There are multiple law suits against the former DA and a series of Waco officials over this and hopefully justice will be served.

Thanks, I had no idea. Nor do I know what happened anymore than anyone else. I do think that some bias is involved. Can't recall another time 9 bodies showed up killed by gunfire and the all clear sounded. Someone shot those folks and should be held accountable. Regardless of who they are/were. They were people.

I can’t believe people get this worked up over a video game.
COC (clash of clans) is popular, but I had no idea it was this divisive.
Let’s not forget who the big winner here is;

Planet Earth

Just think about all those bikes that aren’t polluting;
Our air with their foul exhaust
Our ears with their loud exhaust
Our water with their leaky oil....

Plus you know these guys are animal murdering meat eating killers. Our animal friends slept a little easier during their incarceration.

I seen 3 different angles of the shooting, his actions did not justify probable cause to shoot him, or the truck. That is a ambush plain an simple, based upon the way the blocking was done an where it was done. Why was the gang in blue not wanting them to get to the court house in the first place.
