From what I listened to, Barr was very clear but I have a hard time telling what Toobin is saying but once I figure it out, it's nonsense.
Barr offered Mueller a look at the summary before release. It might have been better if he had ordered him to look at it but either way Mueller has no standing to complain about the summary because now we have the full report and can see that the summary is accurate.
Hopefully the general public isn't stupid enough to think this is anything but the death rattles of the collusion/obstruction hoax.

Hillary should be prosecuted for putting classified information on an insecure email server.
Obama should be prosecuted for lying about being unaware of Hillary's server.

The recent news reports suggest Comey will be the first to fall.
All this high theater from the Pelosi's, Nadler et al is to create a false narrative about Barr in an attempt to derail the his investigation and IG reports about wrongdoing at DOJ with the MSM only to happy to oblige. Not going to happen and the Dims are only digging a deeper hole for themselves. You could see Barr's resolve during his testimony that he doesn't give a rats ass about what they had to say and is going to do his job. I do believe that heads will roll.

Barr has access to information about all the wrongdoing at DOJ and he would not have made his comments about spying in previous testimony if he didn't believe it was so. Mueller is only covering his ass by leaking the memo and Dems know once the reports come out they are toast in 2020. The threat to the Republic to great to sweep under the rug.

Barr knows the law and is following it unfortunately most members of Congress of which the majority are lawyers fail to follow it.

Then the investigator what did the investigation says his Boss's conclusion is absolutely *not* what he reported. Lots of people read the "redacted" report and are saying What. The. Fuck.
So Congress and The Senate ax the Boss how the Fuck he reads "no collusion" and "it's all fine" out of a report where the investigator reports that there is criminal action and he tells the Senate and the Congress to fuck off and will not play. Contempt of Congress is not playin' nor is perjury.
The whole fucking Government has melted down and Attorney Generals can lie to Congress and interpret a report and be in contempt as he decides if the accused parties are guilty or not (depending on who paid him da most $) and we all take sides and mock the opposition.
