Was the van down by the river?

"A Massachusetts woman has been charged with animal cruelty after police in Connecticut say they found her living in a van with 21 dogs and bird."

Yet, there's nothing wrong with the cities a states allowing hundreds of thousands of homeless to live in their own filth, and turning the public sidewalks and public transportation into their private toilets.

If she had chosen a spot in LA's Skid Row to camp out, she would have been completely invisible from society, just like the other dysfunctional occupants of that and similar hobo hotspots all over the country.

I would bet if you asked the dogs, they are 100% in agreement to stay living in the van rather than get put in prison till they get murdered by some "do gooders" in the name of "Animal Welfare".

They make this big deal about how they "rescued" the animals from some poor person who couldn't afford big fancy buildings.
Then after patting themselves on the back they go ahead and kill all those "rescued" animals.

In America, you're allowed to be either successful or a failure, neither is a crime.

The biggest sham is citizens of cities buying into the "help the homeless" scam and diverting millions and millions of taxpayer dollars intended to aid homeless get off the streets into nothing more than very lucrative "non-for-profit" organizations, with politicians accepting campaign donations from .orgs as pay for play money to further continue worthless charity leadership staffs to get their grants and keep their seven figure salaries.
