Wow, thanks for that. Most of it was technically above my pay grade but I got the gist. Ive always been sloppy about hydration, pushing just a bit more before stopping for a water break. Bottom line is, pay more attention to hydration, especially as we get older.

I worked with a endodonsist while serving in the navy. He was one of the "old guys" who did the peer reviewed journals. When a researcher sent this in back in 2002 it was highly controversial. It was right around the time they stopped treating heart murmur patient with antibiotics prior to root scaling.
Funny, they still don't give antibiotics, even after validating these findings. The world is a silly place.
